Refund and Cancellation Policy

At KagazWala, we are committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our goal is to deliver top-notch assistance with GST registration, FSSAI food license, MSME registration, shop registration, and Amazon, Flipkart & Meesho seller registration. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the services you receive, we encourage you to reach out to us so that we can address the issue, offer a solution, or provide a refund as per our policy.

If you’re unsatisfied with any service, you can log in to your KagazWala account and raise a support request to initiate the refund or resolution process. Our senior management carefully reviews all requests, and you can expect a response within 24 to 48 hours.

Refund Policy

KagazWala considers its service obligation fulfilled once access to the platform or service has been granted. After that point, the client bears full responsibility for any outcomes or required actions. We are not liable for any errors, penalties, or taxes related to the completion of your service.

Refunds are subject to a 20% cancellation fee to cover administrative and processing costs.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must log in to your KagazWala account and contact the service manager handling your request. Refunds must be initiated within 60 days of payment. Requests made after 60 days will not qualify for a refund but may be considered for credit to be applied to future services. Once we have all the necessary details (reason for refund, bank details, etc.), we will process the refund within 4 to 5 weeks.

Changing Your Service

If you wish to change the service you initially purchased for a different one, please submit your request within 7 days of the original order. After this time period, changes will no longer be accepted, and the refund policy will apply.

Pricing Policy

At KagazWala, we operate on a transparent pricing model. Our fees for services are fixed, and no additional service charges are applied once an order is confirmed. However, any increase in government fees, legal documentation costs, or resubmission fees due to rejected filings will be the responsibility of the client. These additional costs are outside the control of KagazWala.

External Factors Beyond Our Control

While we strive to deliver services efficiently, certain outcomes depend on external authorities like government bodies. For example, delays or rejections in the processing of GST registration, FSSAI food license applications, or seller registrations on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho due to legal or procedural reasons are beyond our control and are not eligible for refunds. Additionally, long wait times caused by government platform issues (such as MCA, FSSAI websites) cannot be grounds for refunds.

Similarly, services delivered through our network of third-party associates or consultants may be impacted by factors outside KagazWala’s control, and we cannot be held liable for their outcomes.

Force Majeure Clause

KagazWala will not be held responsible for delays or inability to deliver services due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, legal changes, pandemics, war, labor strikes, or other unforeseen events (each a “Force Majeure Event”). In such cases, service delays or interruptions are not covered under our refund or satisfaction guarantee policies.

Cancellation Fee

Since we invest time, technology, and resources into processing each service request, cancellations will incur a 20% fee. This fee covers the time and effort dedicated to your case. If you need to put a service on hold, we can retain your fee as a credit until you are ready to resume the service.
